Port land is its largest city. The state has a high rate of female adolescents who suffer from behavioral issues like being Rebellious, defiant, disobedient and aggression towards others.
There are wilderness programs offered by organizations in the state that help treat these rebellious and defiant juveniles. There are programs in the state that offer help to a gender specific. They treat the troubled girls of the state by offering the girls with individual counseling, expermintal learning and workshops.
